Open Position: Remote Social Media Marketer

Are you a social media aficionado who knows how to engage an audience and drive a conversation? We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and strategic Social Media Marketer to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
– Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence on company sites.
– Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
– Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
– Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
– Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
– Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
– Good understanding of social media KPIs.
– Excellent multitasking skills.
– Great leadership skills.
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
– Team player.
– Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Open Position: Remote Graphic Designer

We are in search of a talented and motivated Graphic Designer with a stunning aesthetic sense and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the digital sector, to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, conceptualize, and create visually stunning designs for various digital content, including websites, logos, banners, flyers, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
– Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality design assets.
– Interpret client needs and design solutions with high visual impact.
– Analyze latest trends in design and technology, and strategically implement best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications:
– Proven graphic designing experience.
– A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
– Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
– A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
– Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
